In 1970 I saw the light of day in the Swabian town of Mutlangen. My parents are of Czech origin, maybe one reason why I am always different from everyone else. I grew up with the close connection to nature, the mountains and the sea. My path was clear due to my talent for exercise and love of sport. There was hardly a sport that I hadn't loved and lived. When I was 14 I won my first world championship in BMX freestyle and the following year again. It was a unique feeling to be one with one thing, as it is with YOGA move today. As a trained physiotherapist and teacher for fitness, health and prevention, I was able to gain over 25 years of experience, which was the reason for me to design my own training concept "YOGA move" in 2009. Through my know-how and the synergy with a worldwide network, I have developed this ingenious training method to bring yoga closer to people. If the job permits, as a Vanlifer I spend as much time as possible on the west coast of Portugal to pursue my love of surfing. Here I get a deep balance and the connection between my innermost and the ocean, to continue to inspire me to practice my YOGA move, to keep it up to date and to constantly develop it further. I work as a trainer, speaker and presenter all over the world. As an expert, I advise and support large, leading global companies in the medical and sports industries. My mission is to inspire people all over the world, to accompany them on their way through professional know-how and innovations. I find it an indescribably great privilege to have my passion for the job and to be able to share it with my participants, students and customers. Peace & Love Paul Uhlir None of us come out of here alive. So stop treating yourself like souvenirs. Eat delicious food, walk in the sun. Jump into the sea. Tell the truth and put your heart on your tongue. Be silly. Be kind. Be weird There is time for nothing else. (Anthony Hopkins)
